1. General

Books are printed based on the number of orders placed in a month, which is why the orders are only dispatched at the end of the month. If you place your order after the 28th, it will only be shipped out with the following months order.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

3. Returns
We do not accept returns or refunds at this time. Please refer to the Returns & Refunds Policy for the same.

4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3-5 days

 

4.2 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched on the 28th of every month. In the case of that date being a weekend, the following Monday will be the dispatch date.

4.3 Change Of Delivery Address

If there is a change of delivery address since the order was placed, please contact annareadshere@gmail.com with your Order Number and your updated address.

5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be
able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please take a picture of the damaged parcel and send it to annareadshere@gmail.com along with your Order Number so we can send you a replacement.

7. Cancellations
If you change your mind within 10 days of placing the order, we can accept your cancellations and will refund the entire amount. However, if you want to cancel or return the product after dispatch that will not be possible. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.
